This year, we’re expanding the boundaries of Case Study with a brand-new submission category:
Short Films.
Whether it’s experimental, narrative, documentary, or something in between—if it tells a story and runs under 15 minutes, we want to see it.

Submit a recorded set between 10 and 15 minutes
Accepted formats:
Audio file (MP3 or WAV)
Video link (YouTube, Vimeo, or cloud link)
Include a brief artist or set description (150 words max)
Optional: Tracklist or background on the performance

Short project descriptions and artist statement (300 words max)

The fee supports production, curation, and visibility for all selected works. After payment, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork and complete the submission form.
Whether you're submitting a photo series, digital illustrations, layout designs, or a combination of mediums, CS103 is the platform to present what you've been crafting.
Film Makers

Must be between 5 and 15 minutes
Submit via:
YouTube link (unlisted or public)
Vimeo link (public or password-protected)
External cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Please Note: Submission fees are non-refundable. However, if your work is not accepted for this event, you will still receive free access to attend the event as a guest.
We are accepting a maximum of 10 submissions this year. Due to the limited number of spots, all submissions will also be automatically considered for our next festival.

Can I Sell artwork at the event?
Yes! If you sell your work at CaseStudy 103, you will keep 100% of your profits.
What do I need to submit to apply?
Up to 6 samples of your work
A short description of who you are as an artist
A headshot
What does the participation fee cover?
Exhibition space for your artwork
Promotion of the event and your participation
Networking opportunities with other artists and professionals
